I used tuna but it can be substituted with prawns, chicken or as is with added free vegetables like carrots, corn and cucumber for a vegetarian option.

Tuna Wrap (serves 2) 

Ingredients

1 Tin of Tuna

2 Tortilla wraps

Chopped tomato

Sliced avo

Lettuce

Mayonnaise

 

Method

Mix the Tuna with the mayo

Add your ingredients onto the wrap starting with a bed of lettuce.

Add the tomatoes,sliced avo and tuna

Wrap it all up and enjoy!!
