Overnight Oats 

1\4 cup oats

1 Tbsp peanut butter

1\2 cup milk

Sliced apple

Cinnamon

Put your oats in a glass jar; add peanut butter and half the milk

Mix them together and add the rest of your milk

Place the lid on your jar and refrigerate overnight

The next morning, add on sliced apples and sprinkle cinnamon and enjoy!

 

Egg muffins 

They are great for a weekend treat since they require baking and double up as a good snack. 

6 eggs

1\4 cup of milk

1\2 cup mixed vegetables ( defrosted)

Salt and pepper to taste

Scramble eggs and milk together. Add salt, pepper and vegetables to mixture.

Spoon mixture into a greased muffin pan up to 1\3 full. Bake 25 minutes. Enjoy!!

Breakfast bowels 

This is a  trend I will definitely recommend especially if you like trying new things (and it’s super easy) 

1\4 cup muesli or granola

Small tub plain yogurt

Sliced banana

Sliced strawberries

(Fruit is totally up to your liking and preferences)

You literally add them into a bowl and Enjoy!!
