2 of the most crucial things that can make or break your good eating habits (and overall health) is your portion sizes and snacking habits.
a Snack is something you eat in between your main meals. It should (definitely) be smaller than your main meal. I decided to share some of my favourite snacks with you guys. I always try to keep it simple, achievable and sustainable. I would love for you to look at it and think ‘hey, I can also do this’. And more importantly good, sustainable habits results in better long term health. a Portion is just what the word says, it is part of a whole. And with the crazy portion distortion evident everywhere we look, one can become confused as to what a true portion is. I added some basic food portions for you to look at, again quite simple and not too much. If weight loss is your endgame then I would highly recommend giving these portion and snack lists a try.
