This is normally one of my lazy Saturday meals. Very easy. Very quick.
You will need
- 1/2 cup Cooked, elbow pasta
- 1 tin tuna (in water)
- 3-4 Tbsp Mayonnaise
- Sliced cucumber
- 1/2 cup Cut corn.
- 2 hard boiled eggs
- Sliced Avo (optional)
- Salt and pepper for seasoning
Ingredient amounts might vary. Add or remove according to your personal preference.
Boil the pasta as per instructions and leave to cool off.
Add all ingredients together in a bowl, mix and your done.
Can be served hot or cold and as a side salad or light main meal.
