There is no doubt that vegetables are good for us but still we struggle to have them in sufficient amounts on a daily basis. Below is some tips to try and improve your vegetable intake daily.
1. Add it to meals
Whether it’s in stews or casseroles or as a side. Frozen vegetables are just as good as fresh veggies and can be used to replace potatoes in a stew.
2. Try new things with vegetables

3. Make sure it is always available
If you have the storing space, buy it in combos and make sure that its always in your kitchen. This way it will be cooked with more often. Even better, involve the kids so they can also get used to eating vegetables.
4. Don’t be afraid to use it in a smoothie
